摘　　要：对三元杂交波萨安组合、马萨安组合及对照组安徽白山羊 6月龄羯羊的肉用性能进行了研究 ,结果表明 :胴体重、屠宰率、胴体产肉量、净肉率、肉骨比、眼肌面积等性状表现为波萨安组合 >马萨安组合 >安徽白山羊 ;内脏脂肪沉积能力 ,波萨安组合和马萨安组合大于安徽白山羊 ;WT6BZ]The chevon characteristics of 6-month Wethers of Boer×Saanen×Anhui White,Ma Tou×Saanen×Anhui White and Anhui White were studed in this paper.Carcass weight,dressing percentage,meat yield of carcass,meat percentage,meat-bone ratio,eye muscle areas were higher in three-way cross combinations than in Anhui White.These traits were higher in Boer×Saanen×Anhui White than in Ma Tou×Saanen×Anhui White.The storage of fat got Stronger in three-way cross combinations than in Anhui White Goats.Meat colour,pH,Nappole,marbling and fiber diameter got worse in three-way combinations than in Anhui white Goats.
