摘 要:对牦牛致病性大肠杆菌的某些生物学特性进行了研究 ,包括分离菌株血清学特性、溶血性、血凝性、菌毛的表达、对小鼠、兔的致病性及抗生素敏感性等。结果表明 ,该菌株血清型属 O14 8,为国内外首次报道 ,不产生溶血素 ;对绵羊、豚鼠、马、鸡的红细胞表现强凝集 ,而对猪、兔的红细胞不凝集 ,血凝能被 D-甘露糖抑制 ,表现为 MSHA;在营养肉汤中经 37℃ ,4 8h培养表达菌毛 ;肌肉接种兔、腹腔接种小白鼠均具有高致病性。分离菌株对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、阿莫西林、羧苄青霉素等高度敏感 ,而对青霉素、四环素、土霉素、氯霉素等表现耐药性。An Escherichia coli strain isolated from yak was studied with respect to some characteristics including serotype, hemolysin production, hemagglutination, fimbriae expression, pathogenicity for mice and rabbits, and antibiotics sensitivity as well. The results showed that the serotype of the strain was O 148 , and was firstly reported in literatare.No hemolysin was produced from the isolate. Mannose sensitive hemagglutination (MSHA) against erythrocytes from sheep, gunia pig, horse, chicken were evident,whereas there was no MSHA against pig and rabbit erythrocyte. The strain expressed fimbriae when cultured at 37℃ for 48 hrs in NB and was high pathogenic for rabbits through musclar injection and mice through abdominal injection. The isolate was high sensitive to Enrofloxacin, Ciprofloracin, Amoxicillin and Carbenicillin, but resistant to Penicillin, Tetracycline, Oxytetracycline and Chloramphenicol.
