摘　　要：简述了我国黄土高原的范围、地理位置、自然气候特征及防护林建设成就。根据研究资料 ,论述了以防护林为主体的森林植被在水源涵养、水土保持、防风增产、改土培肥等诸多方面的功能 ,阐明了防护林在黄土高原生态环境建设和防灾减灾中的作用。The scope,geographic location,climatic features of Loess Plateau and its shelter forest are introdued here.According to the data,the authors elaborate the function of shelter forest on conserving soil and water,wind prevention,increasing yield,improving soil and the culture of fertilizer,and the role of shelter forest on eco environmental construction and disaster prevention.
