桑蚕越年蚕种生化指标与蚕种质量关系的研究

摘　　要：测定了蚕种H2O2 与SOD酶的活性并研究了它们与一些蚕种质量指标间的关系 ,表明该两种酶的活性与饲料桑叶中蛋白质与可溶糖含量有关 ,与催青孵化率和蚁蚕高温绝食生命率之间呈正相关。The activity of the H2O2 enzyme and SOD enzyme in silkworm eggs were determined and their relationships with quality of silkworm eggs also were studied in this paper.The result showed that the two kinds of enzyme activity were connected with the content of protein and soluble sugar in the leaf and correlation with hatching rate and vitality of newly hatched silkworm under the conditions of starvation and high temperature.
