摘 要:两个陆地棉品种 SJ- 1 2 5和岱字棉 541 5以及海岛棉 T- 1 3 4 8用来筛选和建立温室条件下鉴定肾形线虫 (Rotylenchulus reniformis)的有效方法 ,并对 1 2个陆地棉品种 (系 )进行了鉴定。鉴定材料的株高、地上干重和根干重差异显著 ,真叶数和第一果枝节位差异不显著 ,接种 7周后根干重与肾形线虫繁殖系数间呈负相关。繁殖系数随接种量增加而下降。适当的鉴定指标是每毫升土壤接种量 7.4个 ,温室中接种 7周后鉴定。利用本研究中改进的方法鉴定出Two upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) cultivars, Sure Grow 125 (SG 125) and Deltapine 5415 (DP5415), and one G. barbadense (T 1348) were used to screen and develop effective identification factors of reniform nematode(Rotylunchulus reniformis) tolerance in greenhouse. Twelve upland cotton cultivars/lines were used to identify resistance to reniform nematode. Significant differences existed in plant height, dry shoot weight and dry root weight between inoculated lines. True leaf number and first fruit branch position were not significant. There was a negative relationship between plant root dry weight and reniform nematode multiplication factors, especially beginning from 7th week after inoculations. The increase speed of reniform nematode multiplication factors were slowed down with the increase of inoculation amount . The suitable identification indexes may be 7.4 mixed vermiforms per ml soil and seven weeks after inoculations in the greenhouse. Two upland cotton cultivars/lines were selected to be tolerant to reniform nematode by the modified procedures.
