摘  要:目的 探讨微量元素与冠心病的关系。方法 采用 1∶1配对病例对照研究方法 ,对 186对冠心病和对照者 ,应用光谱色仪扫描法测定了血清 17种微量元素含量并进行了相应统计分析。结果 冠心病患者微量元素Fe、Cd、Pb、Ni、Ag含量升高 ,Cu、Cr、Si、Sc、Sr、Mo降低 ;其中Fe、Cd、Pb和Cu、Cr、Si的变化更为显著 ;高含量Fe、Cd是冠心病的重要危险因素 ,而Cu、Cr为保护性因素。元素原子量、原子序数增大且不稳定性增强时 ,易产生有害作用。Fe、Cd、Cu、Cr是冠心病比较理想的辨别指标。结论 血清微量元素与冠心病存在密切关系 ;Fe、Cd、Cu、Cr等是冠心病的重要影响因素 ;微量元素在冠心病的预防、诊断、治疗中可以发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the relationship between serum trace elements and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A paired-matched case control study was carried out,and Optical Spectrum Sweeping instrument was used to determine that trace elements of total 17 in serum in patients(n=186)with CHD and a control group(n=186).Datum was amalyzed with T-tets,ANOV,Discriminant-analysis.Results In patients with CHD the serum contents of Fe,Cd,Pb,Ni,Ag increased;the contents of Cu,Cr,Si,Sc,Sr,Mo decreased.Alteration of Fe,Cd,Pb and Cu,Cr,Si was greater.Higher level of Fe,Cd in plasma is very risk,and Cu,Cr is defensive factor of CHD.The effect of elements on individual showed certain law in element periodic table,in most cases the ele ments would produce harmful effects when their atomic weight, atomic number and activity increased.Serum contents of trace ele ments Fe,Cd,Cu,Cr were better discerning index for CHD.Conclusion The CHD is related with changes in plasma levels of trace elements.Fe,Cd,Cu,Cr are impoortant influential factors of CHD.Trace element are going to play the significant role in prevention,controlling and diagnosis,curing for CHD.
