摘 要:目的 从麻黄中的不同分离成份中筛选出具有免疫抑制作用的有效部位。方法 以接触性超敏反应、胸腺和脾脏的脏器系数、血液中T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD4 、CD8)为主要观察指标 ,研究麻黄的不同提取物对细胞免疫的抑制作用。结果所分离的麻黄-990 5能减轻二硝基氯苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,使胸腺萎缩 ,调整二硝基氯苯所致的血液中CD4 /CD8的失调。结论 麻黄-990 5对小鼠的细胞免疫有抑制作用 。OBJECTIVE To sieve and find the effective parts with immunosuppression effect from different extracts of ephedra. METHOD Contact hypersensitivity, coefficient of the thymus and the spleen and the sub-group of T lymphocyte (CD 4 and CD 8) were used as the main observation indexes to investigate into the inhibiting effect of different extracts of ephedra on cell immunity. RESULT Ephedra -9905 that was extracted could relieve the swelling of the mouse auricle caused by DNCB, lead to the atrophy of the thymus and regulate the disturbance of CD 4/CD 8 in the blood. CONCLUSION Ephedra -9905 has inhibiting effect on mouse cell immunity and therefore could be developed into a new Chinese preparation for immunosuppression.
