经尿道前列腺电汽化切割术(附106例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨前列腺汽化切割术对治疗前列腺增生症的疗效及特点。方法 :采用美国顺康汽化切割环 ,在硬膜外麻醉下对 10 6例前列腺增生症患者进行汽化切割术。结果 :术后随访 3个月～ 12个月 ,患者在主观症状、尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)、生活质量评分 (QOL)方面均有明显改善 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :前列腺汽化切割术具有切除增生组织彻底、速度快、出血少、水吸收少、并发症少、术后恢复快、疗效确切的特点 。Objective Approach the effectiveness and characteristics of prostate vaporization removal treating BPH.Method Adopt ShunKang vaporization removal loop made in USA and operate on the 106 cases BPH patients for vaporization removal under testis anaesthesia.Results In the three to twelve months uisiting after operation,the patients have been remarkably improved in subjective symptons,the flow rate of urine,IPSS,QQL and so on(P<0 01).Conclusion Prostate vaporization removal is an effective and accurate way to remove the hyperplasia tissues completely,with a quick speed,less bleeding,less water absorption and less complications and the patient can be recouered quickly.It's worth spreading.
