胸膜腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性纤维化性胸腔积液临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :为观察尿激酶对结核性纤维化性胸腔积液的治疗作用。方法 :在应用 2SHRZ/ 4— 6HR方案规则治疗下 ,对32例胸液包裹、纤维化的结核性胸腔积液病人胸腔内注入 10万U尿激酶 ,另外 32例胸腔内注入氢化考的松 10 0mg作对照。结果 :治疗组 32例中 ,2 8例 (87 5 0 % )达到显效 ,4例 (12 5 0 % )好转 ,有效率 10 0 %。结论 :胸膜腔内注入尿激酶可消除胸腔积液纤维化 ,增加引流量 ,改善肺功能 。Objective To observe the effects of intrapleural injection of urokinase for patients with encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion.Method Regular antituberculosis treatment was given to all patients observed.Urokinase was injected one hundred thousands/day respectively into the pleural cavity of 32 patients with encapsulation tuberculous.While hydrocortisone of 100mg was injected into the pleural cavity of 32 patients of the control group.Results 87.50%(28/32)of the 32 cases of the study group achieved complete improvement 12.50%(4/32)of the studied cases achieved partial improvement.The operative rate of urokinase group was 100%.Conclusion For patients with encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion,regular a ntituberculosis treatment plus urokinase injection into the pleural cavity can increase the drain-age,decrease pleural thichening and improve pulmonary function of the patients.
