摘  要:探讨自制的改良布氏活性炭巧克力培养基 ,置厌氧罐蜡烛培养环境分离临床粘膜标本幽门螺杆菌 ( Hp)的检出率。结果表明 :66例粘膜标本中分离出 Hp5 4株 ( 81.8% ) ,4 4株 Hp滤液有 2 4株 ( 5 4 .5 % )具有细胞毒活性 ,其中 2 6例消化性溃疡患者有 18例 ( 69.2 % ) ,18例慢性胃炎患者有 6例 ( 3 3 .3 % )为 Hp( Toxin+ )感染。结果提示 :通过对 Hp生物学性状和毒素的检测结果证实 ,该法可用于临床粘膜标本The home made modified Brucella activated charcoal chocolate agar was put into an anaerobic can candle culture condition to detect the rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) of isolating culture from biopsied mucosa samples The results showed that 54 strains Hp were isolated from 66 mucasa samples (81 8 %) A total of 24 (54 5 %) out of 44 Hp filtrates produced a cytotoxic activity against human endothelium cell in vitro Hp (Toxin+) infection existed in 18 cases (69 2 %) out of 26 patients with digestive ulcer and 6 (33 3 %) out of 18 patients with chronic gastritis, respectively The study showed that it is confirmed through the measurement of biologic characters and cytotoxic activity of the isolated Hp that improvement of isolation and culture technique was an effective method and could be used as routinely isolating culture of Hp for biopsy mucosa samples
