摘 要:目的 分析门诊未有明确诊断的顽固性下腰痛患者骨密度 (bone mineral density,BMD)及骨质疏松 (osteoporo-sis,OP)患病率变化规律 ,为骨质疏松预防提供科学依据 .方法 分别对患有未能明确诊断的顽固性下腰痛的体力劳动者与非体力劳动者进行整群随机抽样 ,抽取样本共 42 9人 ,准确记录性别和年龄 ,采用 DEXA (双能 X线骨密度仪 )测受试者 L2 - 4 BMD,进行比较和统计分析 .结果 随增龄下腰痛患者骨密度逐渐下降 ,同龄男性 BMD大于女性 BMD,非体力劳动者大于体力劳动者 .骨质疏松患病率随增龄而上升 ,体力劳动者患病率大于非体力劳动者 ,尤其是 5 0岁时变化最明显 .结论 5 0岁以后女性下腰痛患者 ,特别是体力劳动者 。AIM To analyse the regularities of changes in bone mineral density (BMD) and prevalence rate of osteoporosis (OP) in lumbago cases. METHODS 429 random lumbago cases were correctly recorded their sex, age, occupation. BMD of L 2-4 was examined by the DEXA, then compared and statistically analysed. RESULTS The BMD decreased with aging. The BMD of males was higher than thatof femals of the same age. The BMD of females in mental work was higher than that of manual work. The prevalence rate of OP decreased with aging and that in females of mental work was higher than that of females in manual work. There was a big increase in the 50 year old group. CONCLUSION In lumbago cases especially over 50 years, female manual workers have high risk of osteoporosis.
