左旋18甲基炔诺酮和低剂量米非司酮用于紧急避孕的临床观察

摘　　要：观察左旋 18甲基炔诺酮 (L NG)和低剂量米非司酮 (Ru486 )用紧急避孕的有效性及可接受性。采用双盲随机比较方法吸收合格妇女 10 0例 ,在一次无防护性交后 72 h内随机进入 L NG组 (5 0例 )和 Ru486组 (5 0例 )进行治疗。L NG组首次服用 L NG0 .75 mg,12 h重复 1次 ;Ru486组首次服用 Ru486 10 mg,12 h服安慰剂一片 ,于预期下次月经日期的第 7d进行随访 ,以了解避孕有效性及副反应。结果 :L NG组发生 1例妊娠 ,失败率为 2 %。Ru486组无妊娠发生。避孕有效率两组分别为 77.8%和 10 0 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,有统计学差异。副反应发生率两组均在 10 %以内 ,且很轻微 ,月经正常者依次为 90 %和 88% ,结果证实左旋The efficacy, side effects and acceptability of levonorgestrel (LNG) and low dose mifepristone (RU486) in emergency contraception were compared. In a randomized double blind comparative trial, a total of 100 health women with unprotected intercourse within 72 h were allocated to one of the two experimental groups. In the LNG group, 0 75 mg LNG was taken twice in an interval of 12 h, while in the Ru486 group a single dose of 10 mg Ru486 was taken and placebo after 12 h. Follow up visit was carried out on the 7th day of the expected next menstruation to evaluate the contraceptive efficacy and side effects. Results showed that in the LNG group 1 pregnancy occurred among 50 women with the use failure rate being 2 %, while in the Ru486 group no pregnancy occurred among 50 women. Contraceptive efficacy rate of preventing pregnancy was 77 8 % and 100 % respectively, with the difference being statistically significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of various side effects, which were mild, was less than 10 %. Normal menstruation in LNG group and Ru486 group was 90 % and 88 % respectively without statistical difference between the two groups. It was concluded that the use of levonorgestrel or low dose mifepristone for emergency contraception was effective and safe.
