心钠素、降钙素基因相关肽对心血管组织血管紧张素Ⅱ释放的影响

摘　　要：本工作在培养的家兔主动脉平骨肌细胞、离体灌注的大鼠主动脉条和离体灌流的大鼠心脏模型上,发现心钠素(ANP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)显著抑制AGTⅡ的释放;在模拟的大鼠心脏缺血-再灌注模型上,发现ANP和CGRP有效地抑制缺血心肌再灌注时AGTⅡ释放的增加。结果提示心血管组织所分泌的ANP、CGRP和内皮素等活性物质对AGTⅡ的释放具有调节作用,它们彼此间相互作用、共同参与心血管系统稳态调节。The present work observed that ANP and CGRP significantly inhibited AGT Ⅱ release from cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells, isolated perfused rat aortic strip and rat heart,And on the ischemia-reperfusion model of rat hep.rt, we discovered that ANP and CGRP effectively inhibited the increased AGT Ⅱ release during reperfusion of the ischemic myocardium. The results suggested that the vasoactive substances secreted by cardiovascular tissue, such as ANP. CGRP and endothelin, exert regulatory effect on the local release of AGT n. All they are participated in the maintenance of cardiovascular homeostasis.
