摘　　要：闭塞性肺血管病是导致肺动脉高压的一组并非少见的疾病。本文观察到不同的闭塞性肺血管病患者m浆中某些血管活性物质变化不同,PE组被观察活性物质均有升高趋势,其中cGMP、5-HT、NA变化明显;PPH组血浆5-HT增高明显;PE组血浆cGMP明显高于PPH组.有助于二者的鉴别诊断;TEPH患者经长期治疗,cGMP水平下降,cAMP水平升高,cAMP/cGMP比值增加,与临床疗效颇为一致。与其他指标相比,环核苷酸的变化能较好地反映缸小板功能的抑制程度。Obstructive pulmonary vascular diseases ( OPVD ) are a group diseases led to pulmonary artery hypertension ( PAH ) . Sonic studies showed that PAH would be partial reversible. The unique reliable diagnosis of PAH is cardiac catheterization, but it is invasive and restrictive in application. In order to detect noninvasivejy PAH and assess long period theraputic effects we observaled the changes of plasmic (before and after treatment ) cyclic nucleotide, TXB2, 6-k-PGF1α,5-HT aud NA in patients with OPVD. Elkvation of levels observated active substances ( except 6-k-PGF1α)in plasma were seen in patients with OPVD. The changes of active substances were not the same in patients of various OPVD. The changes in patients with PE were more obvious than that in other patients with OPVD. The plasmic cGMP level in patients with TEPH was obviously higher than that in patients with primary pulmonary hypertension ( PPH ) which could be useful for distinguishing both TEPH and PPH. Obvious change in patients with PPH was increase of plasmic 5-HT.The cGMP and cAMP levels in plasma were showed decrease and increase respectively in the patients treated for more than one year. The extent of decrease of cGMP-level and increase of cAMP level in plasma were related to the theraputic effects. The better the theraputic effects were, the more obvious the changes were. It suggested that changes of cAMP, cGMP could play an important role in theraputie measure intervention the inhibition of platelet function and the relaxation of pulmonary vascular smooth muscle.
