摘  要:本工作建立了红细胞胰岛素受体微量测定法,反应总体积为0.1ml.只需1.5~2ml血液即可测定。采用4℃温育24小时进行受体分析效果较好。受体测定结果采用平均亲和力剪影处理。同时应用建立的微量法测定了老、中、青年大鼠红细胞胰岛素受体的变化,青年大鼠胰岛素受体数目大于中,老年大鼠,后两者间无显著区别,三种年龄大鼠平均亲和力间无明显差异。A micromethod for measuring erythrocyte insulin receptors is established. Thevolume of blood required for insulin radioreceptor assay is small, from 1.5 to 2 ml. The method approves well when erythrocytes are incubated for 24 hours at 4 ℃. Average affinity profiles are used for calculating parameters of insulin receptor . The micromethod was used in studying the erythrocyte insulin receptors of different age of rats. The results show that young rats have more insulin receptors than middle-aged or old rats. No significant difference is obtained between middle-aged and old rats. The affinities of insulin receptors have little difference among the three age groups.
