肥大心肌提取物对鸡胚及其心脏生长的影响

摘　　要：非血流动力学因素在高血压心肌肥大的发生中起重要作用,本实验观察了肾性离血压大鼠肥大心肌匀桨提取物对孵育鸡胚生长发育的影响。结果表明,肥大心肌的提取物中存在有明显刺激鸡胚及其心脏生长的可溶性活性因子,且该因子的生物学作用可能无严格的组织特异性。Effects of the extract from hypertrophied myocardium of rats with 5-6 week renal hypertension on growth of chick embryos were investigated. The significant increases in heart weight and embryonal weight were observed in the fertilized chicken eggs after the extract from renal hypertensive rats was injected into the yolk sac when compared with the control. The present results suggested that there were soluhle factors stimula ting growth of the incubated chicken embryos in the crude extract from hypertrophied myocardium, and growth effect of the factor might not be tissue-specific.
