摘　　要：近些年来 ,高清晰度电视技术引起了世界的广泛关注 .本文介绍了一种用数字方式实现美国数字电视地面广播系统中的 8 VSB调制器的方法 .提出了系统的总体要求 ,并且分析了系统的数学原理 .详细的阐述了系统的硬件设计 ,逻辑仿真和实现 .HDTV has attracted worldwide attentions in these years with the impact of increasing demand as well as technological maturity. This paper describes the realization of ATSC 8-VSB modulator of the VSB-based HDTV terrestrial broadcasting system by using almost all digital methods. It gives an overview of the system requirements and analyses the mathematical equations of our method. Finally, the hardware design method and realization are presented.
