摘  要:用激光二极管(LD)抽运Cr4+,Nd3+∶YAG晶体获得了1.064 μm的自调Q激光输出.激光输出模式为稳定的单纵模,抽运阈值功率为3.5 W,脉冲宽度为50 ns,斜率效率高达20%.当输入的抽运功率为10.8 W时,获得了1.46 W的自调Q激光输出.随着抽运功率的变化,脉冲宽度基本上保持不变,而重复率则在变化.By using LD as a pumping source, the self-Q-switched laser of Cr,Nd∶YAG crystal is demonstrated. The output Q-switched traces are very stable. The threshold pumping power is 3.5 W and pulse duration is 50 ns. The slope efficiency is as high as 20%. When the input power is 10.8 W, 1.46 W self-Q-switched laser at 1064 nm is obtained. The pulse width keeps nearly constant and pulse repetition rate varies with the variation of the pumping power.
