微波功率放大器互调失真与数字基带预失真线性化技术

摘　　要：针对现代通信信号电磁环境模拟器对谐波和互调失真的战术技术指标要求，介绍了一种用数字基带预失真技术对微波功率放大器进行线性化来有效地抑制信号的二、三次谐波和减小三阶互调分量的新方法，并对数字基带预失真线性化系统的工作原理进行了详尽地论述。分析结果表明，数字基带预失真技术不失为微波功率放大器线性化技术的新方法，完全有可能满足现代通信信号电磁环境模拟器对谐波和互调失真的技术指标要求。Aiming to tactical technical targets of humorous and IMD distortion required by modern communication signal electromagnetism environment simulators, this paper presents a new method restraining humorous and IMD distortion of microwave power amplifiers by digital base－ band predistortion linearization technology, and discusses working principle of digital base－ band predistortion linearization system. Analytical results indicate that digital base－ band predistortion linearization technology is a new method linearized the microwave power amplifiers, so it is possible that the technology satisfies the technical targets of humorous and IMD distortion required by modern communication signal electromagnetism environment simulators.
