阿维菌素防制热带珊瑚岛地里纤恙螨成虫试验

摘　　要：目的 :观察生物杀螨剂阿维菌素在热带珊瑚岛上对地里纤恙螨成虫杀灭效果。方法 :室内试验采用浸液法和沙盆饲养喷药法 ,野外试验采用定区喷药法。结果 :1.8%阿维菌素LC50 为 0 .0 0 0 36 1,其 95 %可信限为0 .0 0 0 2 6 3～ 0 .0 0 0 496。选用 0 .0 0 18%和 0 .0 0 3 6 %两种浓度的阿维菌素进行地里纤恙螨成虫杀灭试验 ,室内沙盆饲养法药后 15d其校正死亡率分别为 85 .4%、90 .2 % ;野外现场试验其平均灭效分别为 80 .5 %、81.9%。结论 :阿维菌素在热带珊瑚岛上对地里纤恙螨成虫有很好的杀灭效果 ,建议用 0 .0 0Objective: To illustrate the killing effects of avermectin on Leptotrombidium deliense on tropical coral islands. Methods: Laboratory tests were done by soaking and spraying Leptotrombidium deliense,while field test by spraying a specific spot on tropical coral islands. Results: The LC 50 of 1.8 % avermectin was of 0.000 361 ,the 95% credible domain of which was between 0.000 263 and 0.000 496 . With 0.001 8 % and 0.003 6 % avermectin, 85.4 % and 90.2 % Leptotrombidium deliense were killed respectively in 15 days test,and field tests showed that the mean killing ratios were 80.5 % and 81.9 %. Conclusions: Avermectin was an effective insecticide in killing Leptotrombidium deliense in tropical coral islands and 0.001 8 % concertration was suggested.
