不同等级实验动物病毒学质量抽查结果分析

摘　　要：1995～ 1 999年对抽查的近 2 0家单位的 5 3 1 9只实验动物进行病毒学检测。普通级大鼠 ( 1 79只 )、仓鼠 ( 2 3 3 4)均合格 ;92 7只小鼠中发现 3只淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒( L CMV)抗体阳性、3 0只鼠痘病毒 ( MPV)抗体阳性 ;41 3只豚鼠中有 2 1只 L CMV抗体阳性。清洁级大鼠、小鼠和豚鼠中没有一种动物 5年来一直保持合格 ,仙台病毒、鼠肝炎病毒 ( MHV)感染比较普遍。 3 81只 SPF级小鼠仅 1 996年的一次抽查中有 6只小鼠呼肠孤病毒 III型 ( Reo-3 )抗体阳性。In five consecutive years, 5319 serum samples were collected from different species of conventional, clean and specific pathogen free(SPF) laboratory animals in twenties facilities for the detection of viral antibodies. The results showed that the positive rate of the antibody to Mousepox virus(MPV) was 3.2%(30/927), to Lymphocytic Choriomengitis virus(LCMV) was 0.3%(3/927) and 5.1%(21/914) in conventional mice and guinea pigs colonies, respectively. Antibody to Mouse Hepatitis virus(MHV) was 2.8%(26/914), and to Sendai virus was 2.0%(18/914), 2.8%(4/141) and 33.3%(4/12) in clean mice, rats and guinea pigs colonies, respectively. Antibody to Reovirus type III(Reo-3) was found in SPF mice colonies kept in isolator with a positive rate of 1.6%(375/381).
