摘  要:设置了 6种温度条件 ,对中华鳖卵进行了人工孵化 ,以探讨其性别决定机制 .结果显示 ,温度条件能够影响子代性比 (♂ /[♂ +♀ ]) ,在 2 4℃、2 7℃、31℃、33℃、和 35℃孵育条件下 ,子代性比出现明显偏差 (P <0 .0 1) ;在 2 9℃条件下雌雄比例相近 (P <0 .0 5 ) .为证实孵化的结果 ,还对中华鳖的染色体G -带型和精母细胞联会复合体进行了分析 ,没有发现有异型性染色体的分化 ;PCR扩增Sox基因 ,亦未见有雌、雄个体的差异 .本研究结果认为 ,中华鳖的性别决定属于温度依赖型 (TSD)机制 .图 3表 2参Six temperatures (24℃±0.5℃,27℃±0.5℃,29℃±0.5℃,31℃±0.5℃,33℃±0.5℃,35℃±0.5℃)were employed, and fresh eggs of Trionyx sinensis were constantly incubated at the temperatures, respectively. The sexes were identified according to secondary sexual characteristics and histological structure of the gonads. The results showed that the incubation temperature affected the sex ratio(♂/\)of the hatchings. The striking bias(♂:♀=1:1) were arisen from the group of 35℃,33℃,31℃and 27℃,24℃.The proportion of male and female was identical in group of 29℃.For confirming the above results, the conventional and G band,and the synaptonemal complex of spermatocyte were studied in T. sinensis . Unpaired chromosomes like X and Y chromosome described in mammalian were not observed in this species. The PCR amplyfication result of Sox of T. sinensis also showed that male and female were identical in genetics.So, this study may infer that the sex determination of T. sinensis was TSD mechanism.The kind of TSD in T.sinensis need to research in the future.
