摘  要:通过常规的基因克隆技术,对广东BBTV两个株系 (NSP株系和NS株系)的代表分离物(广州天河分离物和高州分离物)的DN A组分3进行了克隆和序列分析。结果表明:该组分的核苷酸全序列、ORF及其推导编码的氨基酸序列在两个代表分离物间的变异率分别为4.2%、2.5%和5.9%,两者差异显著,从而进一步支持了广东BBTV存在两个株系的结论。此外,这两个株系的DNA组分3、ORF及其推导编码的氨基酸序列与肖火根等报道的中国(广东)分离物、澳大利亚分离物分别进行比较,结果表明:在这两个株系中,NS株系与中国(广东)分离物的亲缘关系最密切,可以认为是属同一株系(NS株系);而这两个株系与澳大利亚分离物的亲缘关系均较远。By regular gene cloning techniques, DNA component 3 of the two isolates (Guangzhou-Tianhe isolate and Gaozhou isolate) representing respectively BBTV NSP strain and NS strain were cloned and sequenced. The results showed that the variance ratios of the full sequences of the component, the ORF nucleotide sequences, and its encoding amino acid sequences between the two isolates were 4.2%, 2.5% and 5.9% respectively Those experimental results showed that the differences of the components between the two representative isolates were significant. In addition, respectively comparing DNA component 3, the ORF nucleotide sequences and its encoding amino acid sequences of the representative isolate of the two strains with those of Xiao's Chinese (Guangdong) isolate and the Australia isolate, the results showed that the Chinese (Guangdong) isolate was closely related to the representative isolate of the NS strain, and should be grouped into the NS strain, that the two st fains were distant with the Australia isolate.
