摘  要:利用逆行追踪标记和细胞内注射荧光物质的方法将鸡视网膜颞侧周边部的视网膜节细胞(RGCs) 的全树突可视化。根据其细胞体和树突野的大小及树突分支特征,鸡视网膜颞侧周边部的RGCs可分为4群.6亚群,即小细胞体和小树突野的I群细胞,包括简单型的 Is亚群和复杂型的 Ic亚群; 中等细胞体和树突野的Ⅱ群细胞,也包括 Ⅱ和 Ⅱc两亚群;中等细胞体和大树突野的Ⅲ群细胞,只有Ⅲs亚群;具有巨大的细胞体和树突野的Ⅳ群细胞,仅见Ⅳc亚群。各亚群的比例分别是:Ⅰc28.9%、Ⅰs13.2%、Ⅱc15.8%、Ⅱs18.4%、Ⅲs15.8%和Ⅳc7.9%。视网膜颞侧周边部大树突野的RGCS亚群比视网膜中央区的明显增多(占23.7%)。The morphological types of the retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) were studied in the chick using methods of retrograde labeling of Fast blue and intraellular injection of Lucifer Yellow. According to all sizes of somal area and dendritic field and dendritic branching pattem, retinal ganglion cells in the temporal periphery of the chick retina were divided into 4 groups and 6 subgroups, Group Ⅰ c/ Ⅰ s, Group Ⅱ c/ Ⅱ s, Group Ⅲs and Group Ⅳc. Group Ⅰ cells had small somal area and small dendritic field. They contained 2 subgroups of Ⅰ s (simplicity) and Ⅰ c (complexity). Group Ⅱ cells had medium-sized soma and dendritic field, and also included 2 subgroups of Ⅱs and Ⅱc. Group Ⅲ cells had medium-sized soma and large dendritic field, and only contained a subgroup Ⅲ s. GroupⅣ Ⅳ cells had large soma and dendritic field, and only colltained a subgroup Ⅳc. The proportion of each subgroup was 28.9% (Ⅰ c), l3.2% (Ⅰ s), l5.8% (Ⅱ c), l8.4% (Ⅱ s), l5.8% (Ⅲs) and 7.9% (Ⅳc) respectively. The large neurons (subgroup Ⅲs and Ⅳc cells), which existed in the central retina, were much less than in the temporal periphery of chick retina (about 23.7%).
