漏出液用于外周血淋巴细胞培养

摘　　要：为研制一种适宜淋巴细胞生长的天然培养基,我们在漏出液中添加不同浓度的小牛血清为培养液,对30例外周血淋巴细胞进行常规培养、制片,并以M199作对照,用淋巴细胞转化率、有丝分裂指数、分裂相质量等指标综合评价漏出液的培养效果。结果显示:淋巴细胞在漏出液中生长快,分裂旺盛,实验组的各项指标均与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。 提示:用漏出液为培养基,具有不加血清的优点。Peripheral blood lymphocytes was cultivated in transudate medium supplemented with calf serum of different deasities by means of routine method in 30 cases so as to develop a natural culture medium suitable for the growth of lymphocytes. The results of testing group were compared with that of M199.The lymphocyte transformation rate, the mitotic figure and the mi-totic index were used as evaluation criterions. We found that the lymphocytes grew fast and divide well in the transudate medium. There were no significant differences(P>0. 05)between the results of the test group and control group.
