摘　　要：本文将Internet通信功能与加解密功能结合在一起,以控件的形式实现了客户/服务器之间信息安全传输所需的各种程序模块。提出了基于用户特征码的RSA加密算法,描述了对传输内容的加解密和数字签名过程,介绍了控件的功能和在Internet上收发加密信息的实施步骤和状态变迁图。该控件广泛适用于电子商务等Internet上的加密传输。By combining the function of Internet telecommunication and the function of encryption,the program modules for transmitting message safely between Client and Server are componented as an ActiveX. A method generating RSA keys based on user's characteristic code is presented as the encryption algorithm. A process of encryption/ discryption and digital signature for message telecommunication is described. The function of the ActiveX is introduced. The schedule and the state transform diagram of transmitting encrypted message in Internet is presented.The ActiveX can be used widely in the encrypted message telecommunication in Internet such as Electronic Commerce.
