普米克气雾剂平喘疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价非卤代化糖皮质激素普米克气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :在 84例支气管哮喘患者中作了为期 6周的多中心随机双盲、空白对照研究 ;在 3 2例激素依赖型哮喘患者中作了为期 6个月的开放性研究。结果 :①经过 4周治疗 ,治疗组患者的临床症状记分和肺功能 (FEV1 、PEFR)的改善均明显地优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组患者中不良反应发生率相似 (P >0 0 5 ) ;②经过 6个月治疗 ,40 6% (13 /3 2 )的患者可停用口服激素 ,2 5 0 % (8/3 2 )的患者口服激素量比原先减少一半以上。未发现全身性不良反应。结论 :普米克气雾剂治疗哮喘病是安全、有效的。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of nonhalogenide corticosteroid Pulmicort inhalation by MDI in asthmatics.Methods:A double blind placebo control,randomized study for 6 weeks was conducted in 84 cases of athma,and a open study for 6 months was done in 32 cases of corticosteroids-dependent asthma.Results:①After 4 weeks of the treatment,the score of clinical symptoms and lung function(FEV1 and PEFR)in Pulmicort group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).The side-effect rates between Pulmicort group and control group were similar.②After 6 months of the treatment with Pulmicort inhalation,40.6%(13/32) of corticosteroid-dependent asthmatics has been withdrawn from oral steroids,and 25.0%(8/32) of them the doses of oral steroids was cutdown 1/2,there was no systemic side-effect found.Conclusion:It is suggested that the Pulmicort inhalation is effective and safe in treating bronchial asthma.
