摘　　要：目的　探讨染色体异常与自然流产的关系。方法　对 10 6例一次以上自然流产夫妇做了染色体检查 ,利用淋巴细胞培养和染色体G带分析 ,检测其染色体异常出现率。结果　发现 6例染色体异常 ,占受检者的5 6 6 %。其中常染色体平衡易位 2例 ,臂间倒位 2例 ,染色体次缢痕增大和G组短臂增加各 1例。结论　染色体异常是导致自然流产的重要因素。Objective To study the relationship between the natural abortion and chromosome abnormities. Methos The chromosome of 106 couples of natural abortion were examined.Lymphocyte culture and analysis of G bond of chromosome were utilized to check the rate of chromosome abnormities. Results Six cases of chromosome abnormalities were discovered,which made up 5 66 percents of all the couples examined.Two cases were autosomal balanced translocation and two cases were pericentric inversion.The chromosome secondary constriction in one case became wider and the short arms of G team chromosomes in one case became longer. Conclusion The results show that chromosome abnormalities are important factors for natural abortion.
