冬虫夏草降压作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察冬虫夏草对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响。方法　体重为 16 0～ 180 g健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成三组 :高血压 (RH)组、高血压 +冬虫夏草 (RH +S)组及对照 (C)组。RH组用经典的Goldblatt氏法复制。术后 10天 ,RH +S组用 12 5 %冬虫夏草煎剂 ,按生药 1g/kg ,bid灌胃。 2 0天后 ,用颈动脉直接插管法测定大鼠血压的变化并取出心脏称重。结果　冬虫夏草能明显降低肾性高血压大鼠的血压 ,并能逆转肾性高血压时所发生的心肌肥大。结论　冬虫夏草具有降压。Objective To observe the effect of Codyceps sinensis on blood pressure in renal hypertensive rats. Methods Male Wistar rats weighing 160～180g were divided into three groups:renal hypertension (RH,untreatad)group,renal hypertension+Codyceps sinensis(RH+S,treated with 12 5% Codyceps sinensis 1g/kg,bid,10 days after operation)group and control(C)group.Blood pressure was measured by inserting a cannula into the carotid artery and heart weight was measured after feeding the rats for 20 days. Results The increase of blood pressure in RH rats could be prevented significantly by treatment with Codyceps sinensis and it's cardiac hypertrophy was reversed. Conclusion Codyceps sinensis contributes to the drop of blood pressure and the reversion of the cardic hypertrophy in renal hypertensive rats.
