摘　　要：当输电线路发生永久性故障时 ,系统重合于永久性故障时对系统运行有利的最佳重合闸时间的计算至今没有定论 .本文应用等面积定则原理对此进行了探讨 。When the permenent acidant happens in electric circuit,there showld be a best coincide breaking time,which has not been found get,in the system operation,This paper studies the theory acording to the size equal and puts forth two methods to measwre the best coincide brealcing time.
