摘　　要：为简化 PVC人造革静电植绒胶的调制工艺 ,用高纯度的水及在线自制的 N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺作交联剂 ,免去除阻聚剂的方法。所制的聚丙烯酸酯乳液在调胶时只加入氨水即可 ,无须加入三聚氰胺。In order to simplify the mixing technology of static flannel planting adhesive for PVC leather and lower the production cost, a new way of synthesizing adhesive for flannel planting has been worked out by useing high purity water and online home made N hydroxymethyl acrylamide as agent of conduction and removing anti polymerization. The adhesive is good after the trial at a flannel planting factory.
