甘蓝型油菜萝卜胞质不育恢复材料测交后代TC’_(1-1)的下胚轴高频率植株再生因素的研究

摘　　要：作者研究了影响甘蓝型油菜萝卜胞质不育系恢复材料测交后代TC’1 1下胚轴高频率再生的若干因素 ,结果表明 ,在预培养中 2 ,4 D对器官的发生具有很强的启动作用 ,AgNO3 对芽苗分化有很强的促进作用 .在MS附加 6 BA 2mg/L +NAA 0 5mg/L +AgNO3 5mg/L的培养基中 ,获得了最高频率分化 .The hypoctyl explants from the progeny TC' 1 1 obtained in the test crossing between Brassica Napus OguCMS and the restorer were cultured, and some factors affecting shoot regeneration were also studied. the result showed that preculture can promote the differentiation of hypocotyl cells,AgNO 3 was advantageous to the shoot formation. And the highest regeneration rate was obtained in MS medium added 6 BA 2mg/L+NAA 0 5mg/L+AgNO 3 5mg/L.
