摘　　要：以地理信息系统 (GIS)为开发平台 ,研究了城市地震次生火灾危险性分析系统的基本构成与功能和系统的数据分层与组织 ,给出了地震次生火灾危险性分析模型及方法 .以上海市中心城区为背景 ,开发了基于 GIS的地震次生火灾危险性分析与火灾扑救辅助决策系统 .The authors study the structure, functions and data organization for the hazard analysis system of urban post earthquake fire on the platform of GIS. A general hazard analysis model of the post earthquake fire is presented. Taking Shanghai central district as background, a system for hazard analysis of the post earthquake fire and auxiliary decisionagainst fire is developed.
