基因枪导入法培育抗虫水稻

摘　　要：以含潮霉素抗性基因、GUS基因和雪花莲凝集素 (GNA)基因的 pWRG15 15和pRSSGNA1为供体DNA ,利用基因枪法转化上农香糯成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织。经抗性培养基筛选 ,从轰击的 135块愈伤组织中得 5株转基因植株。GUS检测和PCR分析表明 。Using pRSSGNA1(containing snowdrop( Galanthus nivalis )lectin gene(gna))and pWRG1515(containing GUS gene and hygromycin phosphotransferase gene) as donor DNAs,the calli induced from mature embryo of Shangnong aromatic glutinous rice as recipients were transformed with particle bombardment.5 transgenic plantlets of the rice were obtained by chosen with Phosphinothricin.The result of PCR analysis and GUS detection on the regeneration plants showed that the foreign genes were transformed and integrated into the genomes of the regeneration rice plants.
