摘 要:北京大学的仿古建筑物 ,有 70余年的使用历史 ,大大超过了预定的设计基准期 ,其中有相当部分存在破损、老化 ,需进行鉴定加固。为适应当前的抗震设防需要 ,本文针对该批仿古建筑物不同的结构类型特点 ,对抗震鉴定和加固设计中需着重考虑的诸多因素 。Pseudo classic Architectures in Beijing University have been used over seventy years, which is much greater than the design reference period. Many of them have been damaged and aged, and need appraising and strengthening urgently. In this paper, brief review is made on the work of investigating, checking, seismic appraising and strengthening for this batch of Pseudo classic Ar chitectures. In view of the characteristics of their different structural types, a lot of factors needed to be considered in seismic apprai sement and strengthening design are introduced summarily. [
