摘 要:声带沟作为发音障碍的原因之一 ,常常被忽略 ,近来随着喉显微外科的发展 ,逐渐为人们所重视。本文对2 0例声带沟患者临床特点及相关的音声学特点、形态学表现进行分析。结果发现患者均有持续性声音嘶哑伴疲劳感及气息声、发音无力 ,多数自幼发病、变声期不明显 ;频闪喉镜检查在吸入相可见一侧或二侧位于声带游离缘内侧平行于声带的凹陷 ,发音位声带呈现弓形 ,声带振动组织僵硬度不同程度的增加 ,振动幅度、粘膜波减弱或消失 ,声门上结构出现不同程度的代偿增生及功能亢进。音声学指标中基频、微扰、标准噪音能量值均增加 ,最大发音时间明显缩短 ,男性患者尤为突出。Vocal fold sulcus is a cause of dysphonia which has not been recognized until recently Twenty patients(13 males and 7 females, ranging in age from 17 to 45 years old) were evaluated with the use of vocal assessment and videostroboscopy The result were as follows: most of the patients presented symptoms of hoarseness with breathy quality, vocal fatigue and asthenic voice quality from childhood; videostroboscopic findings: bilatral or unilateral longitudinal furrows seen along the medial edge of the vocal fold during inhalation, spindle\|shapes bowed vocal folds with impaired vibration and mucosal wave during phonation, superventricular hyperfunction was also frequently presented; voice assessment: Fundamental frequency, Jitter, Shimmer, Normalized Noise Energy were increased; and S/N, Maximum Phonation Time were decreased; Normalized Noise Energy, Maximum Phonation Time were more sensitive to evaluate dysphonia of sulcus vocalis than other index
