摘　　要：目的　应用MF - 2消毒剂的 5 0 0倍稀释液对 12个菌种的 5 5株菌株进行杀灭率和杀灭指数测定 ,考察其消毒效果。方法　按照卫生部消毒技术规范中规定的方法及要求进行。结果　其 5 0 0倍稀释液与细菌繁殖体的含菌量为10 6cfu/ml,菌液在 2 0℃水浴作用 10min ,杀灭率达 99 9% ,杀灭指数为 10 3～ 10 6,但对真菌孢子和细菌芽胞作用较差。结论　MF - 2消毒剂 5 0 0倍去离子水稀释液可用于细菌繁殖体的消毒灭菌 。Objective To defetelmine the of bactcricidal rate and index of MF-2 disinfectant against 12 species and 55 strains of bacteria.Methods Experiments were conducted in conformity with the requirements and experimental methods stipulated by Chines Ministry Health in the Technical Specifications for Disinfectant.Results The bactericidal rate is 99.9% and the bacteriocidal index is 10 3～10 6 for the 500 -fold diluted MF-2 disinfectant added to the suspension of bacterial propagules at the concentration of 10 6 cfu/ml which was heated on water bath for 10 miuufes.Conclusions 1:500 dilution of MF-2 can be used for disinfection and sterilization of bacterial propagules.However,for disinfection and sterilization of bactcrial and fungal species,it is necessary to increase the concentration or prolong the duration of exposure.
