摘 要:目的 :探讨红景天复方 (CRM )对红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响及其生理意义。方法 :采用肿瘤红细胞花环实验、红细胞 -内皮细胞粘附反应实验 ,测定药物对肿瘤红细胞免疫粘附、红细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附及红细胞与损伤内皮细胞粘附的影响。结果 :不同浓度药物组肿瘤红细胞花环率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,不同浓度药物组在不同切应力下对红细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附与对照组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,不同浓度药物组在不同切应力下红细胞与损伤内皮细胞粘附数目显著多于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :CRM能显著促进红细胞对肿瘤细胞的识别、粘附以及红细胞与损伤内皮细胞间的粘附作用 ,但对红细胞与正常内皮细胞间无促进粘附作用。CRM增强红细胞免疫粘附功能 ,有利于机体对肿瘤细胞的清除 。Aim: To investigate the effect of compound rhodiola mixture (CRM) on the red blood cell (RBC) immunologic adhesion function. Methods: The tumor RBC wreath experiment and RBC endotheliocyte adhesion experiment were used to measure the effects of CRM on the immunologic adhesion of tumor RBC, the adhesion of RBC to normal endotheliocytes and the adhesion of RBC to injured endotheliocytes . Results: Different doses of CRM increased the rates of RBC adhesion to tumor RBC (P<0.01). Under different shear stress, different doses of CRM didn′t produce same effects on the total adhesion number of RBC and normal endotheliocytes (P>0.05), when compared with those of the control, while for different doses of CRM under different shear stress, the total adhesion number of RBC and injured endotheliocytes was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: CRM could obviously prompt the recognition and adhesion of RBC and also prompt RBC to adhere to injured endotheliocytes , but no such adhesive effect was seen between RBC and normal endotheliocytes. The increased adhesive effect of CRM on RBC was beneficial for the clearing out of tumor cells, but at the same time worsened the inflammatory response by the body to some extent .
