摘　　要：目的 :了解经尿道电汽化术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法 :应用经尿道电汽化术 (TUVP)治疗良性前列腺增生症 40例。结果 :术后病人排尿通畅 ,国际前列腺疾患症状评分从术前平均 2 5 .5降至术后的 7.2 ,最大尿流率从术前平均9.1增至术后的 2 1.5ml/s。结论 :TUVP具有疗效显著、安全、并发症少等优点。Objective: To study the effects of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method: 40 cases of symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated with transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate (TUVP). Results: I PSS decreased from 25.5 pre operation to 7.2 post operation (P<0.001), Q max increased from 9.1 ml/s to 21.5 ml/s (P<0.001), and urethral obstructive symptoms significantly improved. Conclusion: Our study indicates that TUVP is a safe and effective therapeutic method with little side effects, and can be recommended for treatment of symptomatic BPH.
