蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫河北株的分离及其基因型研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨河北承德地区蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫包囊大小与基因型的关系。　方法　对河北承德地区进行贾第虫流行病学调查 ,分离出 3株贾第虫 (CH2、CH3、CH4)。用 PCR技术对此 3虫株 DNA进行 tim基因扩增和序列测定 ,并与Gen Bank登记虫株比较和用 DNAstar软件处理。　结果　此 3株贾第虫株的基因型属 2型 (JH型 )。　结论　该地区贾第虫包囊形态之大小 。Objective To approach the relationship between the size of the cysts of Giardia lanblia and their genotypes. Methods Conducting an epidemic survey of G. lamblia infection in Chengde area, Hebei Province. PCR technique was used to amplify the genomic DNA extracted from 3 isolates (CH2、CH3、CH4) which were isolated in this area. Then, tim gene sequences from the isolates were analysed and compared with those from the isolates registered in GenBank using DNAstar software. Results All of the three Hehei isolates of G. lamblia were fit into Group 2 (JH). Conclusion No relationship was found between the sizes of Giardia cysts and their genotypes of the tim gene.
