刺蛾致变应性心脏荨麻疹(附89例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨变应性心脏荨麻疹患者发疹与刺蛾或 /和幼虫抗原的相关性。　方法　用刺蛾等抗原液对急性变应性荨麻疹患者进行皮试 (皮肤挑刺法 ) ,并同时对刺蛾或 /和幼虫抗原皮试强阳性者作心电图检查。　结果　发现刺蛾或 /和幼虫抗原皮试强阳性 ,且心电图有不同程度改变者 89例。　结论　刺蛾变应原引起的急性变应性皮肤荨麻疹发疹时 ,可累及心脏而导致变应性心脏荨麻疹。Objective To study the correlation between the allergic cardiourticaria and the antigen of encleidae (moth & caterpillar).Methods The patients with acute allerge urticaria were examined by prick test using the antigen(allergen of encleidae and other allergens) and the electrocardiogram was used to examine the patients with the strongest positive (moth & caterpillar) of encledae antigen. Results 89 cases were determined with the strongest positive of encleidae antigen and with various types of abnormal electrcardiogram. Conclusions During eruptive stage, the acute allergic skin urticaria caused by encleidae allergen affects the heart and leads to allergic cardiourticaria.
