摘　　要：目的　利用科学、高效、简便的数理统计方法对医院工作做出客观、准确的评价。方法　采用层次分析法、加权秩和比法、模糊综合评判法对医院工作进行综合评价。结果　 3种方法之间具有相关性 ,差异性。其评价结果具有一致性。结论　在对医院实际工作进行综合评价时 ,为使评价结果更为准确、合理 。Objective The theory of mathematical statistics was applied to appreciate hospital service correctly and objectively. These methods were scientic, efficient and simple. Methods Hierarchical analysis weighted RSR, and fuzzy synthetic analysis were used to appreciate hospital work. Results There were correlative and different among three methods. The appreciation result was agreeable. Conclusion In order to evaluate the hospital work comprehensively, reasonablely and completely, these three methods could be used together.
