腹部真皮下血管网带蒂皮瓣修复多指脱套伤11例

摘　　要：目的　 探讨多指脱套伤的治疗及临床特点。方法　 采用下腹部真皮下血管网带蒂皮瓣修复多指脱套伤 11例。结果　11例患者创面均Ⅰ期愈合 ,经Ⅱ期分指术 ,伤指外形美观、功能良好。结论　 采用真皮下血管网带蒂皮瓣修复多指脱套伤 ,避免了一般皮瓣较臃肿的缺点 ,具有良好的伸展滑动性 。Objective To explore the treatment of multi-finger degloving injury and its clinical features.Methods 11 cases of multi-finger degloving were treated with the subdermal vascular net flaps in lower abdomen.Results All the wounds healed after the first stage of treatment,and satisfactory shapes and functions were obtained after the operation in the second stage .Conclusion This kind of treatment can avoid producing plump flaps and can make the fingers well-shaped and flexible.
