脑脊液鼻漏的诊断和治疗的探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨脑脊液鼻漏的诊断和治疗方法。方法　１２例病人，根据鼻漏液糖定量、ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ、鼻内窥镜检查诊断为脑脊液鼻漏，行保守或／和手术治疗。结果　１２例病人均痊愈，５例并发嗅觉障碍，１例并发脑膜炎。结论　界内窥镜为脑脊液鼻漏的诊断和治疗提供了有力的帮助。Objective To explore an appropriate way of diagnosis and treatment for cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Methods A retrospective study was done on twelve patients diagnosed by quantitative determination of glucose, CT, MRI and endoscopy, and treated by conservative and/or surgical procedure. Results 12 cases were cured, but with such complications as partial anosmia in 5 cases and meningitis in 1 case. Conclusion Endoscopic procedures are very helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea.
