中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔癣

摘　　要：目的　 探讨中西医结合治疗口腔粘膜扁平苔癣的治疗方法及疗效。方法　 应用强的松龙混悬液加 1%的普鲁卡因行病变区局部封闭 ,口服双冬汤煎剂 ,另用生姜片涂擦患处 ,3周为 1个疗程。结果　116例患者治愈 79例 (6 8.10 % ) ,显效 18例 (15.52 % ) ,好转 13例 (11.2 0 % ) ,无效 6例(5.2 0 % )。总有效率为 94 .82 %。结论　 本治疗方法简单 ,药源充足价廉 ,无毒副作用及禁忌症 ,疗效确切。患者易接受 ,便于临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods Prednisolone suspension and 1% procaine was used to block the lesions.The decoction of double Winter was administered to patients.Infriction with ginger slices was also applied to the treatment of lesions.3 weeks constitutes a course of treatment.Results Of the 116 cases,79(68.10%) recovered,18(15.52%) got notable curative effect,13(11.20%) got improvement and 6 (5.20%) failed in treatments.The total effective rate was 94.82%.Conclusion This kind of treatment is acceptable to patients and deserves to be widely used clinically for its simplicity,sufficient drug sources,no toxic or side effects,no contraindications and its good curative effect.
