摘 要:选择Ti作为合金元素加入镀层,以提高可锻铸铁热镀锌层的耐蚀性能。试验发现。Ti对镀层的腐蚀过程及耐蚀性能有明显影响,含Ti镀层的耐蚀性能显著提高。镀层的耐蚀性与含Ti量有关,含Ti约0.07%的镀层具有最佳耐蚀性能。进一步的微观分析表明,Ti在镀层中偏聚于晶界,提高了晶界的腐蚀抗力。同时,Ti的存在提高了Fe在Zn中的溶解度,抑制了Fe等杂质元素的有害作用。当含Ti量过高(>0.12%)时,因粒大的富Ti相析出而导致镀层耐蚀性能降低。In this paper, Ti is selected as an alloy element to be added into the hot dip galvanizing zinc coating on malleable castiron to improve its corrosion resistance. It is found by experiment that, Ti has an evident effect on the corrosion process and corrosion resistance of the coating. The corrosion resistence of the coating containeting Ti is evidently higher than that of the zinc coating and bears relationship to Ti content, and the best result occurs at abont 0.07% Ti content. Microscopic analysis indicates that Ti in the coating segregates at grain boundary and the richer Ti improves the corrosion resistance there. Meanwhile, Ti in the coating can increase the solubility of Fe in Zn and restrain the destructive effect of Fe. When the Ti content is too high (>0.12%), the corrosion resistance of the coating dccreases because of the separation of a thick Ti-rich phase.
