国产高强韧低合金冷模具钢(GD钢)及进口冷模具钢DF-2的组织与性能

摘　　要：对GD钢和进口的DF-2钢进行了性能试验及组织分析,探讨了组织对性能的影响。研究表明,GD钢的主要性能优于DF-2钢,特别是韧性和热处理变形性,GD钢完全可取代DF-2钢。The properties and microstructures of the steel GD and the inputed steel DF-2 were investigated. The results show that the main properties of steel GD are better than those of steel DF-2, especially in toughness and less deformation of heat treatment. The steel GD can exactly replace the steel DF-2.
