摘　　要：面对信息时代的挑战，要求重视图书情报队伍的素质建设问题。图书情报工作者在意识方面要确立服务意识、用户意识、开发意识和创新意识，在能力方面要培养获取能力、处理能力、选择能力、预测能力、传递能力和运用现代化手段的能力。In face of severe challenges at the information age, we should place great emphasis on the quality building of the library information staff. They must be always ready to serve readers as much as possible, and at the same time, they must be exploitative and creative. It is also necessary that they obtain the ability to acquire, handle, Select, predict and transmit information by means of modern technology.
