入世背景下产业信息化的迫切性

摘　　要：加入世界贸易组织后 ,我国信息产业将遭遇严峻挑战。与此同时 ,由于我国国民经济工业化的历史任务尚未完成 ,民族信息产业不能在先行完成工业化的基础上实现增长。这就迫使我们把工业化与信息化结合起来 ,走产业信息化和信息产业化并举的道路。产业信息化不仅能为信息产业化提供坚实的物质条件和广阔的发展空间 ,而且能够帮助我们发挥后发优势乃至实现社会生产力的跨越式发展。After joining WTO, our information industry will face severe challenges. At the same time, owing to the unaccomplished historical task of industrialization, the national information industry can not grow fast. So we are forced to connect industrialization with informationization and to develop both simultaneously. Industry informationization not only can provide material conditions and growth space to information industry, but also can help us to give full play to superiority of succession, even to realize the overleaping development of social productivity.
