摘　　要：植物螯合肽和金属硫蛋白广泛存在于植物界中 ,它们对植物耐重金属特别重要 ,能够与重金属形成复合物 ,以缓解重金属对植物的危害。本文就这两种金属螯合蛋白的结构、生物合成和基因调控 。PCs and MTs which are essential for plants to tolerate the heavy metals exist in plant-kingdom extensively.They can form the complexitions with the heavy metals to alleviate the toxicity of heavy metal to plants.This article give a brief introduction on these two chelatins about their compositions,biosynthesis,genic regulation and the roles in alleviating heavy metal toxicity in plants.
